Welcome to our Online Studio

Please note: We will be slightly modifying the fitness video format starting in February. Our yoga videos will stay the same. Starting in February one of our fitness videos will be full length, and the remainder will be shortened to introduction, explanation, and one round. If you have any questions, reach out to us any time.

How it Works:

Each Sunday we upload 4 new fitness classes and 1 new yoga class. These are full instructor-led classes, just like you would experience in person. All levels welcome.
