Virtual Personal Training 6 Week Program

An initial hour consultation to talk about goals, look at movement patterns, and go over any information relevant to creating your perfect program.
Weekly check-ins and support any time you need it.

Small Group Personal Training
Want to work closely with a personal trainer on your goals with the support of your workout buddies?
This package comes with two sessions a week for two to four participants (two people - $200 each; three people - $135 each; four people - $100 each). Work on unique classes tailored to your group’s goals.
