You came to the right place! All new clients get one week free with us to try out any of the classes we offer. After that, your first unlimited month is $75. You can get your free week after making a profile in our online booking system. Just click the 'Book Classes' tab at the top of the page.

**After purchase, the pass will remain on your account until activated. The first class you book will activate your pass and you will have the specified number of days or months to use it from the start date.  No holds on passes except in case of medical issues.  Passes are for regularly scheduled classes, and these can change at any time with seasonal schedule changes.

 

All passes have an expiry date and are non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you need to cancel a class, please cancel two hours ahead of class time. Please pre-book classes. Late arrivals not accepted.

Virtual Personal Training 6 Week Program
$250

Work with a virtual personal trainer to design a program for your goals and equipment (if any), for home or gym use. Send us an email to book a free consultation to determine if this package is right for you.

 

What you get:

  • An initial hour consultation to talk about goals, look at movement patterns, and go over any information relevant to creating your perfect program.

  • Weekly check-ins and support any time you need it.

Upon completion, a final chat about the program and how to progress forward.

Small Group Personal Training

Want to work closely with a personal trainer on your goals with the support of your workout buddies?

 

This package comes with two sessions a week for two to four participants (two people - $260 each; three people - $174 each; four people - $130 each). Work on unique classes tailored to your group’s goals.

  • An initial one hour virtual or in-person session. We will discuss how food can work for you, meal planning, and food prepping to create a healthy lifestyle plan focused on your goals.

  • Three weekly 20-minute virtual check-ins.

  • Weekly challenges, support, and accountability.

  • Weekly meal planner.

  • Nutrition 101 package.

Main Course - $299

This six-week package includes:

  • An initial one hour virtual or in-person session. We will discuss your fitness plan, how food works for you, meal planning, and food prepping to create a fitness plan and nutrition package centered on your goals.

  • Five weekly 30-minute check-ins.

  • Weekly challenges, support, and accountability.
