Expirations: Class packages expire one year after the date of purchase. Unlimited class packages expire 30 days after activation. No extentions are given without a written medical note from your family Doctor. Late Arrivals: First time participants must fill out our questionnaire. Students may join up to 5 minutes into the class. If a student has made a reservation but has not shown and it has been 5 minutes after class has started, his or her spot will be given away to someone on the waiting list. Health Requirements: Pregnant women must have a doctor’s note giving them permission to participate. All participants must fill out a waiver before taking their first class. Privacy Policy: Coast Fitness collects personally identifiable information from you only with your knowledge and consent.
Coast Fitness uses the services of two leading Software companies, Mind Body Online (www.mindbodyonline.com) and Moneris Solutions (www.moneris.com) for web scheduling, registration, order processing and online payments. Please visit their website to acquire information about the companies and their Privacy Policies. When you make a purchase through MindBody Online, they ask for your name, address, phone number, email address and other personal information necessary to fulfill and track your order. For purposes of billing, you will need to provide your credit card type, number, expiration date and billing address for the card. MindBody also requires you to create an account by providing your email address and designating a unique access password for future access to your account information. Creating this account allows MindBody to save your billing information so you won’t have to fill out that information again the next time you make a purchase on their site. For your privacy and security, credit card numbers are not stored in the MindBody system. Is information shared with third parties? We do not rent, sell or exchange your name or other personally-identifiable information to third-party companies for any purposes. Under no circumstances will your personal information be disclosed to any third party unless we seek your express consent or are required to do so by law. |
Class Description
TRX - A strength focused class which is based on reps,tempo, and form using your own body weight as resistance. This class engages all your muscles with a non stop TRX workout. Build overall strength, balance and flexibility.
TRX All Levels -Wheather you are new or experienced with the TRX, all levels are welcome to this TRX class. Progression and regression will be demonstrated.
TRX Cross Training All Levels - Hi/Low, Bosu, Cycle, TRX, Ball,Power & Plyometrics & Kickboxing are the elements used to elevate your respiration, burn calories and strengthen your heart!
TRX Bootcamp All Levels - This class is geared to the beginner or trained athlete - complete body training using the TRX along with various other pieces of equipment includig Bosu, Ballast Ball, Plyo Boxes and Med ball. Timed sets will keep your heart rate pumping as you power through the reps at your own pace. All Levels of Fitness Welcome!
Spin (Indoor Cycling) - A sweat breaking, butt kicking, amazing calorie and fat burning class. If you are looking to burn up to 500 calories and up the anti on your cardio then this class is for you!
Express Spin - In a hurry or need a quick cardio fix? In 35 minutes you will definitely get your sweat on.
Spin & Sculpt - First half is spent getting your heart rate up on the spin bike the second half sculpting your body from top to bottom.
Spin & TRX All Levels - No matter if you a novice or experienced your going to love this class! First half is spent getting your heart rate up on the spin bike the second half sculpting your body from top to bottom using the TRX!
Ultimate Conditioning - Focus on strength and layering exercises to achieve muscle fatigue. A rotation of different muscles is worked each week.
Urban Bootcamp - THIS CLASS TAKES PLACE AT WILLINGDON BEACH. Running/power walking, park circuits, interval training, core, flexibility - you will do it all at Bootcamp. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN MAT AND 5-8 LBS HAND WEIGHTS.
Hatha Yoga - This practice is based on foundational yoga poses. Deep awareness of the breath will create a balance of physical action and internal focus. Poses are modified to include beginners while challenging experienced practitioners.
Warm Yoga Beginner & Level 1 - This class is intended for students that are hesitant about the heat and new to yoga. The class will focus on proper alignment and a better understanding of the yoga postures. The studio won't be as hot as the other classes. All levels of students welcome. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Hot Yoga Level 2 -This class combines elements of flow yoga and longer holds of yoga postures to experience the effortless effort yoga brings to the mind and body. This class is intended for student with yoga experience and have attended the level 1 class. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Warm/Hot Power Yoga - A vigorous yoga practice taught in a heated room with emphasis on awareness, breathing and grace. The classes are always a little different with a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures that are designed to build strength, stability and stamina and to increase flexibility in tight overused muscles. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Aerial Yoga - Using hanging silk hammocks to support the weight of the body, Aerial Yoga allows students to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort. This class will help improve your floor asana by making challenging traditional Yoga postures such as inversions and deep backbends achievable without effort and without strain. Experience weightless inversions that allow gentle traction of the spine and reverses the effects of gravity on the body. Come experience something different, open your mind and body.
