TRX Conditioning - Wheather you are new or experienced with the TRX, all levels are welcome to this TRX class. Progression and regression will be demonstrated.
Foam Roll & Functional Movement - The most overlooked component of injury prevention and fast progress is soft-tissue quality. Prep your muscles for a workout, treat day-to-day stiffness and loosen things up with this class.Foam Rolling acts in the same way as a sports massage therapist. Performing a self massage or a myofacial release with the foam roller and your own body weight will help to regenerate the facia and muscles by increasing blood flow, circulation and nutrients to the soft tissues. The foam roller not only stretches muscles and tendons but it also breaks down soft tissue adhesions, scar tissues and breaks up trigger points. In this class you will be guided through various stretches that will help you relieve such tight muscles. This class is appropriate for all levels. Please supply your own yoga mat and foam Roller. Barre - Strengthen, tone and balance the entire body. By integrating the use of the ballet barre, light weights and various props students will focus on form and precision while performing small isometric movements as instructors emphasize basic alignment, foundation, and specific muscle actions. These are challenging, no impact classes that require focus and precision for maximum results.
Kickboxing - Kickboxing can help you to become stronger, fitter and leaner while also improving your balance, coordination and stamina.Our cardio kickboxing workout involves all sorts of punches, strikes and kicks. This intense, total-body workout can improve strength, aerobic fitness, flexibility, coordination, and balance. During a 45minute kickboxing workout, you can burn from 400-600 calories. Spin (Indoor Cycling) - A sweat breaking, butt kicking, amazing calorie and fat burning class. If you are looking to burn up to 500 calories and up the anti on your cardio then this class is for you!
Visual Ride - Taking indoor cycling on the road. Well not really. This ride will take you on a visual journey as you follow a real road race on our projector screen as you cycle through the class, climbing mountains and sprinting into the finish line, a great way to have fun and be motivated in your workout.
Spin & Sculpt - First half is spent getting your heart rate up on the spin bike the second half sculpting your body from top to bottom.

Spin & Barre - This 60 minute class is cut in two to give you a total body workout. The first 30 minutes are spent getting your heart rate up on the spin bike, followed by strength, tone and balance. Spin & Core - Having a strong core connection will improve all aspects of your lifestyle, including your efforts on the bike. Spin & Core starts with a 30 minute of cardio blast on the spin bike. Finishing up with 30 minutes of mat practice, working with stability and a deep connection with the layers of the abdominals. Please supply your own yoga mat.
PowerYSpin - First 30 minutes of the class on the spin bike and the last 30 minutes Power Yoga, focusing on breath awareness, strength and endurance. Bringing balance to your mind and body. This class is suitable for all levels. Please supply your own yoga mat.
Beginner Pilates - New to Pilates and would like to learn the fundamentals? This class is excellent for those who want to learn healthier movement patterns, how to breathe more deeply, and use deeper layers of their abdominals. Please supply your own yoga mat.
Ultimate Conditioning - Focus on strength and layering exercises to achieve muscle fatigue. A rotation of different muscles is worked each week.
Rise and Shine Gentle Yoga - Start the day with balance, clarity and energy. All levels welcome.
Pilates Yoga Fusion - This class is a fusion blend of Pilates and Yoga that challenges your strength, balance and flexibility, increasing stamina, focus and tone the entire body. All fitness levels are welcome. To add more fun, variety and an extra strength building component to the class, students will use resistance equipment such as the mini stability balls and dumbbells. Please supply your own yoga mat.
Hatha Yoga - This practice is based on foundational yoga poses. Deep awareness of the breath will create a balance of physical action and internal focus. Poses are modified to include beginners while challenging experienced practitioners.
Vinyasa Flow - Focuses on linking breath and movement. Vinyasa Flow is designed to still the mind, invigorate the body and concentrate on the breath. The pace is energizing and the poses are modified to include beginners while challenging experienced practitioners. Leave class profoundly relaxed.
Warm Yoga Beginner & Level 1 - This class is intended for students that are hesitant about the heat and new to yoga. The class will focus on proper alignment and a better understanding of the yoga postures. The studio won't be as hot as the other classes. All levels of students welcome. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Hot Yoga Level 2 - This class combines elements of flow yoga and longer holds of yoga postures to experience the effortless effort yoga brings to the mind and body. This class is intended for student with yoga experience and have attended the level 1 class. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Warm Vinyasa Flow - A vigorous yoga practice taught in a heated room with emphasis on awareness, breathing and grace. The classes are always a little different with a creative mix of traditional and innovative yoga postures that are designed to build strength, stability and stamina and to increase flexibility in tight overused muscles. Please supply your own yoga mat, towel and extra water.
Aerial Yoga - Using hanging silk hammocks to support the weight of the body, Aerial Yoga allows students to achieve proper postural alignment through relaxation rather than effort. This class will help improve your floor asana by making challenging traditional Yoga postures such as inversions and deep backbends achievable without effort and without strain. Experience weightless inversions that allow gentle traction of the spine and reverses the effects of gravity on the body. Come experience something different, open your mind and body.
